That We Provide

Disability Employment Services (DES)

We offer Residential and Day services and habilitation, including services and supports and supervision as needed, designed to assist the individual in acquisition, improvement, and retention of skills necessary to enable him/her to live and work successfully and independently as possible in his/her home and the community. Day services are directed at developing, improving, or maintaining skills to maximize employment and inclusion.

Supported Living

BDDS provide services and family living arrangements that help adults and children with developmental and intellectual disabilities to increase independence and strengthen their relationship with their families and others and discovering all their community life. We care and support for them.
Their choices and decisions are respected.

Shared Living Home

BDDS and its subcontractors provide supports to a person with disabilities who comes to live in their home, reside effectively and becomes the person’s home. Shared living arrangement is established, between the person supported and shared Living provider. BDDS trains the shared living provider to focus on the person center by teaching social and independent living skills, community relationships, promote individual freedom, rights, autonomy and assistance to archive individual goals.

Respite

BDDS provides respite services to adults and children with developmental disabilities, either at home or in other locations. These services ensure the individual's needs are met and support consistent habilitation techniques. In-home respite assists families by offering care and supervision to ensure the individual's safety, relieving family members of their caregiving responsibilities, and addressing basic self-help needs in their absence.

Support Day Services:

BDDS offered supported day that include, but are not limited to, supported employment, self-employment, regular work, and other inclusive non-facility, participatory activities that bring monetary or social value to a person’s life. These are all part of what is considered a meaningful day.

Daily Personal Activities Physical Activites

Daily personal activities involving physical activities focus on tasks that promote movement and physical well-being. These include exercises such as walking, stretching, and other mobility-related activities that help maintain strength, flexibility, and overall health. Engaging in regular physical activities not only supports independence but also enhances coordination and endurance, enabling individuals to carry out daily tasks more effectively and maintain an active lifestyle.
